Our policy on returns

All defective or damaged rugs may be returned to us at our expense.

All "courtesy returns", rugs returned per the customer's request,
for any reason other than the above, must be returned unused,
within 48 hours of receipt.
After inspection, We will refund the full purchase price including the tax
and excluding all shipping costs in both directions.
Our discount pricing leaves us no alternative,
and we appreciate your understanding.

In most cases your order will ship within 48 hours of ordering.
In some cases, however, selected items may be out of stock.
If an item is out of stock, we will advise you by e-mail as to the expected shipping date.
